“I brought Louise into my surgical specialty practice to help transition my team business to new heights?
from a Phase 2 to Phase 3 business.
She helped the entire staff understand how a business grows and matures and how different team members fit, or don’t fit, into the more mature organizational structure.
Louise’s broad business knowledge and all-inclusive practice evaluation has allowed me to improve other business aspects of my practice.”
